Our management fees are based on incoming monthly rent which means we only get paid when you do.

The Comana Company understands the importance of providing a high level of professional service to both you and your tenants. If at any time you feel we are not providing 100% of the terms of service written in our Property Management agreement you may cancel our agreement.
*No-Eviction Guarantee
The Comana Company shares with you a mutual goal of placing qualified tenants into your home. Therefore, we offer a No-Eviction Guarantee. If a tenant we place into your home has to be evicted, we will cover the cost of the eviction up to $1,250.00
*Service Repair Guarantee
The Comana Company notifies owners of all maintenance repairs as they are received so the property Owner is always aware of their property's operations. Aside from fire or flood, estimates for work needed will be provided for owner approval prior to work commencement.
